Finding a contractor

There are many business that show up when searching for 'slip remediation' or 'slip repair' in your area.

There will be general contractors, such as earthworks companies, that are trying this sort of work. Obviously we feel that it is worth contacting a specialist contractor in your area (this website is only an introduction to what is important to know).

There will also be various engineers offering geotech reports and design of slip repair or prevention solutions.

Regardless of whether you are looking for a fully engineered solution or consent exempt risk reduction, we suggest the first step should be to engage a contractor to give you some comments about what methods are feasible on site.

This may save on fees from engineer's designing solutions that are not practical on site. A contractor may charge a small amount for a site visit and comments, click here for an example
